Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from their office no 02025584009 upon my escalation over consumer forum & probably that helped me in rectifying this issue quickly.
I got multiple call from different contractor to fix this within two days.
I think it would be a wise choice on our part to use consumer forum for our issues instead of reaching out to their customer care or email for any kind of assitance.
They are useless on their part and have this habit of parroting same line for each & every issue.period!
Maharashtra Natural Gas [MNGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We stay in Plush society of Baner, but after my complaint done one 27 Mar20, Request number[protected] i was told someone from Shivajinagar branch will visit us post for meter fitting.
The request is still not serviced by MNGL team.
