I am staying in magarpatta city, where pipe gas required setup for pipe gas is available, for the same mngl should not take more than 15 days to perform the installation, but since almost 3 months no one is ready to perform the installation, behavior for the people coming for the installation is not good, they are not talking in right way with ladies as well, i did escalated this issue on 21-mar-2017.
On 24-may-2017, mngl pipe gas installation representative (Cell # +91 [protected]), who arrived at our flat in evening 5:30 and asked us why no one is at home, my response was we both are working so we can decide on the tentative time when he can come, he told us to be available at home on sunday 28-may-2017, full day we were at home waiting for him and he did not turned up, as well as he did not pickup the call.
Now since that day i am sending an regular emails to '[protected]@mngl.in' and doing an follow-up after calling to 020 – 65107600, unfortunately no one is ready to respond to email, but when called to customer care via phone, they only says the complaint is escalated. While asking the complaint no. They do not have complaint no., even they do not know the sla / how much time in which the escalation process will get closed, unfortunately there is no escalation or grievance process available for mngl, due to which customer need to wait.
We even spoke with one of the mngl manager farana on landline no.[protected] but found she is also helpless, received the same response like customer care. It seems like pipe gas installation team is not listening to anyone.
Now twitter is also an effective mechanism, so we posted the message on twitter, but seems like mngl is not even watching messages available on twitter / facebook. Well if customer care is not watching the emails then how can we expect mngl to be educated enough to look at twitter / facebook.
I hope after watching this message, someone will act on it and support to get the connection installed on priority.
