Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — dumping garbage in water resources( ulhas river)

Address:Neral - Damat boundary - Ulhas River, Raigad, Maharashtra, 410101

We have found that daily garbage & other wastage material are dumping near the riverfront( Ulhas river in between Damat & Neral Village). These water resources are used to drink by the nearest villages. Kindly take action as soon as possible or else provide details of whom should I coordinate.

We stay in Andheri west. MONISHA CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY. We have Amber family restaurant and bar in our building ground floor. The problem is chimney smoke which is eliminated is contaminating the air and make impossible to breath clear air.
Can anyone help and guide on this issue ?
