Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd — meter is not working

I am the consumer of MSEB NASHIK .my consumer no. is[protected].
Since August 2018 meter is not working & it was came to my knowledge when bill for the month same was received by me I immediate complaint on 31/08/2018 on help line number[protected] & complaint no. is[protected] & i have personal submitted my application in gangapur sub division office .I have also meet with Mr. Gaikwad incharge of gangapur office
& also meet with MR survanshi line man but there is no result till date .
I am pensioner & i am not in position to go here there frequently so please do some .
