Hello sir / madam

Today i was traveling 25/12/2019 pune to mumbai on mumbai-pune express way.

At talegaon toll, i was told that fastag is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 230/-. At khalapur toll i showed my cash receipt of 230/- which opretor kept it with himself and due to continues horns from behind i moved on towards mumbai. Within 15-20 min i received message on mobile that rs. 173+57=230/- is deducted from my account as charges of toll at talegaon and also at khalapur tollnaka

Thus i am charged ₹ 173/- + ₹57/- when i was not supposed to be charged anything at talegaon as well as khalapur tollnaka
You can check cctv camera for that time of my vehicle.
Will irb provide refund of this amount?
