Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — account debited but ticket not booked | |||
Hello, I booked a ticket for pune to solapur shivshahi bus on 3rd november 2018 at 12:30pm. An amount of 520 rs was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. The amount debited was also not reversed. It's been 5 days we are trying to contact the numbers given on the msrtc website for complaint but they just answer the call and no one is responding from the other side. This behavior is not at all appreciated also not tolerated. I request you to credit the money back and look into this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was booking ticket for omega to pune on 10/11/12.
While money got deducted from my bank account, ticket was not generated. I send an email to help desk team but did not receive any response from them. I contacted support team but nobody received call from other end.
