Dear sir,

On 16th oct i was heading towards dhule by msrtc bus which was upto aurangabad. I’m a handicap and also benificiry of govt. Scheme. Once, conductor came to me for ticket booking he asked about certificationon response i showed my handicap cards to him. But he weren’t in tendency to show some courtesy and threatened me to get up from the bus. Instead of considering certifications, ironically he told that, i’m not gonna afraid to anyone including msrtc officials or any govt. Bodies.
Herewith, i would like to request you take a action against conductor, so no can dare to threatened to other passengers.
