[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Amount debited but ticket not booked

Hey, I booked a ticket from Nasik to Mumbai at 7:26pm. Bus type is Shivshahi Ac Seater departing from Nasik at 19:15 and reaching Mumbai at 00:40.

The total of ₹710/- got deducted from my account but I didn't receive the ticket for the same. Attaching screenshot of transaction for your reference.

Kindly refund the money ASAP.
