Dear sir/ mam, I made a reservation for shivshahi sleeper coach bus from pune-satana for date: 16/11/18. The details are given below. Ticket number : 35426987 Trip number : dhll0008066 Transaction id : phmp[protected] I was informed that the bus is not available for the day as it was cancelled by msrtc and i was asked to make a complain to get the refund of my ticket. Today we have journey with kolhapur to pune with shiv shashi but rate is take higher side shivshahi time Kolhapur time is 11.00Hrs its all fire extinguisher expried its very serious issue regrading safty if any burining then will problem created

Ambajogai dipo(bus stand) not release time to time buses.
This dipo was not carefully in customers services and Dipo manager not answers will be currectly hi was not action in this karmchary.
So please my complaint sortly swoll

MSRTC Bus no = MH 40 Y 5918
Has failed due to some problem. The bus's origin leave time was 10:30 am. The bus is moving without any action on accelerator. Our request is you should refund the amount we paid for 4 seats cost 1740.
