The above mentioned MSRTC bus no. Running from thane borivali thane stuck in traffic with around 35 passengers (dated 14-15th June 2019). There is an empty service road aside but driver refuses to by. Other MSRTC buses are taking service road and getting ahead It's been 1.01 AM.
