I have reserved a seat in mumbai solapur bus whose departure time is 13.00 (1pm). Now it's 2.35pm and bus yet not departed. Is this the way is service? When i called to [protected] which is mumbai central depo number they are saying bus is not available and can't say when it will be available. I am waiting at vashi. I need explanation from your side. Who will be responsible for my loss as i am going to attend a important meeting.

Should i go to consumer court. This is pathetic service.

No ordinary buses are available for reservation. Neither online nor on counters.
Forcing to buy only shivshahi tickets.

And shivshahi is not fully booked. Only 2 seats are booked.
Earlier because of less passengers bus was cancelled in the middle of the journey.

Please help and do the needful
