Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — bus seat numbers on portal is not match with actual seat number | |||
Hello, I am traveling in shivshahi bus from MSRTC. I was booked my ticket on MSRTC portal. I have booked 12 number window seat but when i am traveling actual seat number 12 is non window and 11 number is window in bus. That happenced 3 times with me. The Shivshahi bus of MSRTC going from Pune to Nashik today, 8/02/2018, which departed at 2:30 pm from Shivaji nahar(Pune) had a break failure while going to Nashik. This is pathetic and so dangerous. Please take actions and keep your buses serviced regularly. This is shameful on your part. All the passengers were at risk.
