Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — cancelled a ticket but money not refunded yet

I booked a ticket for the journey of panvel to naldurga from msrctc app on 23 may 2019 via 'debit card' but due to some reason i cancelled it but as it was said to me that your money will be refunded within 14 days. But till now it is not refunded. So i request msrctc to refund my money back. On that day i booked 3 seats so total money was 2400/-, as of msrctc rules after fine i should get 1800 /- money back.
