Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — captcha not getting matched even if entered correctly

On the login page of msrtc after entering username and password even if the captcha is entered correctly it doesn't get matched.
Kindly look into this complaint with priority and take some immediate action.
Because of this bug we are not able to book any tickets neither we are able to view the maharashtra state govt buses.
Please give high priority to this issue.
