Dear sir, My family is travelling from mumbai (Parel depot) to ghodegaon today dated 18/05/2019. Bus no. Mh-14 bt-2329, conductor mr. Dusane. E-ticket no. 37741431 My wife showed a soft copy of e-ticket to the conductor mr. Dusane. He argued with her and said to buy a new ticket as this is soft copy of e-ticket is not valid. Somehow she logged in to the site and showed him an online booking. The conductor mr. Dusane charged a ticket to senior citizens and poor passengers who couldn’t sign in online but having proper e-ticket (Forwarded on whatsapp) with id proof. The soft copy of e-ticket forwarded on whatsapp or saved in device is the same thing. • even the terms and conditions are very clear that the passenger having this e-ticket required to carry print out of this e-ticket or to show the soft copy of e-ticket or e-ticket sms sent by msrtc/agent on his mobile, tab, laptop, etc. Along with photo id card in original like voter id, pan card, adhar card, driving license, passport etc However, due to conductors lack of knowledge and the low fighting strength of senior citizens and poor passengers, conductor mr. Dusane charged them for addition tickets. This is very disgusting, unfortunately, i am not travelling by this bus. I request at least stop this nonsense and fine to the conductor, for he or any one else should not do this again. We are improving the services and our performances by t implementing online services and software applications but other hand due to lack of knowledge people are getting affected.
