Im a frequent traveller of mumbai pune with shivneri bus, buses are not maintained well as for as customer is concern. Bus has broke down due to various reasons more often. It has been happened 5 times with me while travelling from mumbai to chinchwad. We travel by this bus cause we have time constraints when you people are going to understand. I had booked tickets from Pune to Shirdi for 30/04/2018 and boarding point is Chandan nagar at 11:25 pm but no bus arrived.I had waited more than 2 hrs at boarding point and I called on the enquiry number but no one picked so they are providing worst service to the customer.So I had to return back to home as no bus came. Worst experience ever.
