Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — debit of money but ticket not generated

Trailing mail is self explanatory.

I was not able to travel, as ticket not generated and same time amount is debited to me, and credited to you.

Pl revert the payment to my bank account or give approval to my bank for reversal.

I m badly suffering since last 10 days.
