Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — delay of shivneri bus service by more than 1 hour

I have been waiting for shivneri bus for more than one hour at breman chowk, pune. The bus (Swargate - thane, 2 pm) has not yet arrived even though the scheduled time of the bus is 2.10 pm. The swargate bus station people are not picking my calls. I asked the attendant here to give me complaint register, but he said that he doesn't have it. Due to waiting in the heat for so long, i am not feeling well.
