Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — faulty ticketing machine | |||
I boarded the bus from Vaijapur at approx 6:15 am. However, after 5-10 from Vaijapur, the driver stopped the bus in the middle of the road, following instructions from the conducter. They both talked in drivers cabin and did not advise about any reason to the passengers as why they stopped the bus. after 15-20 mins, everyone was panicking as they did not inform any passenger about any reason. I asked the conductor on whats the mater. The answer was really surprising to me. The ticketing machine is hanged he said and we cannot move forward until the billing is done for all passengers. I would like to know, is this really the actual process that they are instructed to follow. if the ticketing machine stops. Do they stop in the middle of the road for this silly reason and cause tremendous distress, inconvenience, and distress to the customers. can't the proceed with the journey and report this at the next bus stop?? Also, if the machine hangs or stops working, what is the option/alternative for that. I am sure it is not haulting the vehicle in the middle of the road and cause inconvenience and delay to the passengers. we got late by approx 30-45 mins in total. I am definitely looking for a compensation from the MSRTC on this and a written explanation for this situation. Was this information helpful? | |||
