Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — i am complaining about my reservation is confirmed but st conductor told to me your reservation not in this bus.

I had confirmed bus number (9380) from mumbai central before bus comming in kharghar bus stop. My reservation is confirmed (Msrtc online booking). But st conductor told to me your reservation not in this bus. When that time i had called to mumbai central st depo[protected]. Then he told to me your reservation is confirmed but mumbai central to karad bus number (9380), this conductor forgot memo details. Please give me my money back.
