Sir, todat (09/06/18) at 7.00 am i was traveling shivsahi from sangli to pune by bus no mh47y0089. I have purchased the ticket from the counter and they have allotted seat no 8 to me. While putting my luggages on rack, i have missed my ticket. I have searched everywhere but i couldn’t find out it. I have approached the counter to get a duplicate ticket. The concerned officer who has issued the ticket to me, was not ready to hear me and they insisted me to purchase a new ticket even though he knew that just i have purchased the ticket. Sir there is any provision for issuing duplicate ticket?.in railways they used to issue duplicate ticket. At last after some arguments i have purchased a new ticket (Sr#[protected]/06/18), for a single journey, 2 tickets i have purchased. Sir this is a grievance from my side. If any justice you can do to me, then please make an inquiry and refund me the additionally taken amount. Humanity is not died, reflections may spark from some where, sunshine is always an expectation.
