Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — irresponsible bus stand controller n khed pune bus conductor

Dear sir
This is to inform you that i m travelling with my two children from mangon to pune... I hv reached mangaon at 5pm. I hv asked controller about the timing for pune bus he told me the timing 6 pm. So i have waited till 6pm, when bus arrived at stand i was just taking the bus suddenly bus conductor stopped me at the door saying that there is no place in bus and standing is not allowed. I have requested bus conductor that i m alone with two children plz allow me as it will be too late for me after this. But he was so rude not ready to listen anything... Then i hv gone to request controller he just behave very irresponsibly saying that i can't do anything if conductor is not allowing!!!
I want to know that why he is sitting there if he is unable to give proper solution.
He should take the responsibility for passengers travelling.

Controller name - mr pawar
Conductor name - don't know khed pune
This is my humble request to increase the number of local st bus instead of shivsahi.
