Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — lack of punctuality

I travelled on 18/11/18 from kalyan to mangaon by, 'bhiwandi-shrivardhan' bus. On my ticket[protected] it was mentioned that bus will start at 7:15am from bhiwandi & will departure from kalyan depot at 7:31am but actually this said so called, 'semi luxary'busdepats at 8:15am. When enquired with driver/conducter, they told that since last three years dep. Time of this bus is 8:15am only & accordingly it departs from kalyan on right time. If it is so then why same is not updated on msrtc site?
While returning back on 21/11/18 from mangaon, by shrivardhan-kalyan ordinary bus, it arrived at mangaon stand at 8:40am & went to workshop then departed from mangaon at 9:05am. It was mentioned on my ticket[protected] that said bus will depart at 7:05am from mangaon. This bus reached kalyan at 2:35pm. Can concerned authority explain why it was delayed by two hours at mangaon?
