Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — late bus rude behavior not stop for morning utilities

Today i traveled pune to nagpur by bus msrtc sleeper coach pricey1985/- schedule time of arrival 8:40 still 10 am vehicle not reached to destination. Morning it should stop somewhere to do morning work but driver denied to stop saying it will go late actually stop shouldn't be more than 20 minutes but who will tell him god knows. Rude behavior. I thought govt bus will work smooth but still old red bus behaviour please help
