Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — late services with worst condition of bus | |||
Today on 17 mar 2018 i have reservations of seat no 17 & 18 for bus service of mumbai to shrivardhan. We reached at 5.00 pm asking for bus. No proper answer from on duty enquiry officer and also advice to search driver and conductor of same bus. We also asked for talk on same issue to mumbai central depot in charge mr. Pawar. Who have not at all attend the complaint. There was no bus available for the same. Finally bus reached on platform at 6.45 pm which is almost 2 hours late after struggling a lot. On duty enquiry officer is mis behaving with passanger. I was travelling with my 1.5 years daughter. I tried to book ticket using my card at shivaji nagar bus stand but they only asked for cash at the counter
