Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — money deducted from account but ticket not booked

I did reservation 4 times every time transaction done but tickets not booked.
Rs. 2764 spent on my account. I tried my friends card from their account same happened. Rs. 2040 spent on their account but tickets not booked.
