On date of 15-Aug-2019 I was booking ticket from MSRTC mobile app from my registered mobile number [protected]. Money is deducted from bank account but ticket reservation got failed.

I am traveling in pachal to Borivali 2019. My bus condition was really poor. Due to rain bus leakage from all side. We completed to conduct er but he said this bus is Nashik depo.thats why replacement not possible.bus no MH 14 BT 3630
