Dear sir, I tried to book a ticket from selu to pune through msrtc's online reservation system on february 9, 2020. The amount got deducted from my credit card but the ticket was not generated. Kindly arrange to refund my amount (Rs. 2865.27). Please let me know if any other details are required from my side.
