Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — online booking system

I had booked a shivshahi from. Nasik to pune, shivshahi @7.30 am 28/12/2017. I was denied seat while boarding the bus. I was told that the ticket appeared on normal bus instead of shivshahi but was charged fare of shivshahi bus 1402. I need a refund to my ticket.
No proper management and worst service.
People are not aware of the system and do not have proper knowledge about the online booking system. Stop creating problems for passengers
