Why the msrtc app neither the website allows booking for half tickets for children? It shows error as payment mismatch. Also why are you asking original aadhar while booking at st stand depot. The ichalkaranji bus depot officers asking original aadhar card for booking at bus depot. They are not at all costs operative. We showed them the xerox of aadhar cards for ticket booking but reluctant to answer the questions. Was this information helpful? | |||

I've booked Shivshahi from Akola to Aurangabad 2:30 PM on 12/11/2018. Bus was late and no one was responding or giving information for the bus. I've waited more than 2 hours even cancellation process was too lengthy. This is an extremely ridiculous and pathetic service. Worst experience. Strict action have to be taken against it.
