My name is narasimha chary operation manager dow agro sciences mnc i have been reservation counter on 16/10/2018 for reserving night return ticket to hyderabad. I requested for reservation officer. The reservation issuing lady/ officer informed me that they do not have any information about what type of bus they run between to inter states. (Chandrapur to hyderabad). She asked me that enquire at general enquiry counter. I approched and enquired about service he said the bus is there. No detail availabel. I have traveled several times and the bus runs full. So i request authroties to open reservation for night service. When you request the issuing lady opening computer and said no information availalbel. So this type of fumctioning to be corrected. Lot of visitors from telangana visits chandrapur mahankali tempel. I rquest authorities correct the proceedture and give proper information to travler. This will improve reputation of msrtc.
