Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — shivshahi buses timing

Every weekend i am travelling to nasik throgh shivshahi but the buses are never on time.. If st wants to retain their travellers, respect timing of customers... We always have to wait min 1 hour for the buses, if st is unable to provide service then tell customers upfront. Today also 1.15 pm bus is late by 2 hour (Just now 11.15 am bus has come)... Please don't fool customers
