Shivshahi panjim to pune recently booked by me online. Actual sitting arrangements are not as shown while online seat selection option. Behind driver i selected 2nd right row window seat. It was booked as seat no. 41. However actual that seat is on middle of the last row of the bus. The seat was booked for single lady. Which has made very much discomfort for her. Online booking reference no 31145098. Urgently change/update the msrtc software with actual sitting arrangements in shivshahi. Request compensation for discomfort caused.
