Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — ticket booking transaction failed but money deducted from account

I tried to book shivshahi bus ticket from swargate, pune to kolhapur dated 1st march (Bus arrival time - 6pm)
Transaction got failed due to unknown reasons but money (Bus ticket cost - ₹366) got deduced from my bank account
Transaction time - around 9:30pm, 26th feb
I request to credit money to bank account as soon as possible.
24 hours passed but still money is not received in my bank account
