Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — ticket refund and no proper customer service | |
I booked shivashahi ticket from malkapur to pune, and ticket payment was done but no ticket generated. Trying to contact msrtc to resolve this issue, but no proper communication link between msrtc and customer. Nobody is responding to customer queries. All support numbers provided seems to be fake. It will be better to have peace in the bus. Or provide earphones.
