Dear sir/madam
Yesterday i tried 7-8 times to book 2 tickets in kurlaneharunagar to bhimashankar ordinary bus for my grandparents from ghatkopar to shinoli for yesterday i. E 16.04.2019
Out of 7-8 times, 4 times my money deducted from my bank account.
Two times i tried to book seat no: - 19 & seat no: - 20 for above passengers but no ticket generated but amount deducted from my bank account.

I didn't receive any tickets in my email id as well as not showing in my tickets details tab.

The driver was not driving the bus properly, and he didn't Stop the vehicle on the stop telling that you havent told me before to stop.
He was Arguing with the conductor also.and he is driving of roughly the vehicle.
