Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — water leakage in bus

Dear Sir,
Bus No MH-14 BT-2326 is having heavy water leakage from roof and floor. I was travelling by this bus on date 07.07.18 from Nashik to Dahanu which starts at 7.00 Am from Nashik.
It was raining that day and heavy water was leaking from top, bottom . Also there is water leakage from windows also as its rubber gasket are damaged.
Kindly look into this .

Dear sir
Today I am travelling with bus no MH 14 bt 4676 Wardha depot bus the bus conductor lady mrs bhoot behave very badly with me and passengers collecting money and not giving tickets
Pl take serious action against her
