Maharashtra Traffic Police — Not refunding money

I have cleared a challan of a wrong vehicle no. Mh01cr2539.But my vehicle no. is Mh01cr2549. I have cleared a total amount of Rs 5900.I have also complained about this issue on multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in but last email I received from them is that your application is in refund process.Its been a above 6 months since I received this email but money not refunded.And it's been above 1 year since I have complained about this issue.What to do now ? Will my money be refunded? Please 🙏 do needful.
