[Resolved] Mahatma Gandhi University Meghalaya — regarding issuing of my degree convocation certificate | |||||
I have enrolled for mgu bba airport and airline management and have completed the course in 2015 under enrollment no:mgu/122/rns6570021/003. After completion i have applied for the degree certificate on date 03/10/2017 with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding degree certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last one month and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. Now i required my certificate to confirm my air india job and for my mba. Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing a serving defence personnel. Kindly pls help me to get my certificate Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received my certificte through courier on 10 Apr 2018 Mar 13, 2018 Updated by Fayas salim Dear attn on dutyAfter filing my issue in consumer complaint I received one mail from mgu on 13 Feb 2018 it's stating that my certificate is ready and they will dispatch it soon .Now it's 30 days over I didn't rcvd my certificate till now, same as earlier no follow up they won't pick the phone and not replying to mail.if I didn't get my certificate I will lose my job.kindly pls help me to get the certificate     | |||||
