Mahavitaran — metre reading & bill, reading mismatch send incorrect bill

Last two month i resived my electricity bill rs 4815 & 1422 a month july-2019 & aug-2019
My average bill is every per month is rs 200 to 400
But they put wrong bill in my account
My consumer id is[protected] & no one can taken metre reading because metre reading & bill reading is not match. Metre unit reading is low and bill unit & payment is high. My today metre reading is 388 only
I also complain in office but no any response…
