I, Sanoj Sabu Varghese mailing this to inform about the company, certain lacunae’s that i faced after I bought
Mahindra Xuv 500 on August 6th 2018 from TVS
Mahindra kollam. When I bought the car, i also received a purple kit which includes a lot of coupons.Among that their is free 7500/- worth coupon for buying any product of
Titan.Also there is a 5000/- rupees customer reference amount. Again there is a coupon for free 4days stay in
Club Mahindra. While I’m looking this, it is showing no rooms available and the expiration of this free stay in
Club Mahindra coupon is only on may 11, but is showing in the site that it Is there only upto the month of march so totally the purple Kit i received is a total waste.
Besides all these things, the car which I bought has certain complaints and also the service of the car is also very poor
I decided to buy this car by seeing all these amenities. But I haven’t enjoyed these amenities yet. So it’s a pure case of deceit which definitely needs to face legal consequences. And also the manager of kollam TVS
Mahindra branch is a pure waste and simply sitting without doing his duties
So I kindly request you to redress my grievances failing which legal procedings will be instituted against the company and it will be liable for all the cost and consequences thereof.
