Dear sir, I recently purchased a chrome beading as an additional accessory for my xuv 500 from mahindra's official website m2all.com. When i received the product i opened it to see the product is in tact. The product seemed to be cracked in the front and i raised a refund request immediately. I called the customer care and raised a complaint. The representative asked me to send the pictures and i took the picture of it by holing it in front of the car and sent them the pictures. Another representative called me and told me that the product seemed to be fitted already to the car and so the refund cannot be done. I clearly explained to their representative that the chrome frame was just placed in front of the car for the sake of taking the picture and it was not fitted or attached. For investigating it further, they can pick the product up and check the 3m tape that it comes with has been used or tempered. The product has been kept as it is was received. After several follow ups for 4 weeks with out giving up, they finally agreed to send the courier team to pick up the return. But it has been 2 weeks and i have not heard anything from them and no response to my emails. I have not been receiving any response from them and the money is stuck with them. I sincerely request that this is looked into seriously and a resolution is achieved soon. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
