[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — against dealer for charging handling charges | |||
Dear sir, I booked mahindra xuv300 w8 optional from mahindra wazirpur branch but later on i got to know they charged handling charges in the name of "incidental charges" which is illegal. I asked the dealer to reduce the amount of those charges but they refused by saying those are mandatory charges But these charges are illegal and i have attached the public notice issued by rto below and our booking receipt also.
