I and my family have been customers of mahendra since ages. Over the years we have purchased many scorpios about 5 till date and few days back only bought one tuv.. I had come to iconic service centre, lekhi village, arunachal pradesh after having travelled more than 100 kms and taking leave from job for replacement of door glass after having given appointment date. (I had also explained details of the problem) however on my arrival at the scheduled time, staff were clueless whether they have the glass or not.. I had to wait for about an haur just to know whether glass is in store or not. When i complained to the manager, tamar gamme, he seemed to be disinterested was really arrogant.. He told me that he is not there to hear such complaints. Such kind of attitude of staff is really uncalled for., we expect professional treatment.. Nor they have the courtesy to make their customers sit nor they talk properly. I have never seen such poor hospitality... It is really shameful. This is not the first time, they always make customers wait, they give time sometimes at 9 am while staff arrive by 10 am. Kindly ensure professionalism and work ethics among your staffs..
