Mahindra And Mahindra — bolero big pick up | |||
I purchased a new mahindra bolero big pick up in the last week of march at bettiah (Bihar) on[protected]Invoice attached) and from the very first day the vehicle had a wheel alignment problem which i reported immediately to the bettiah workshop but the problem could not be sorted out in the workshop because of their incapability and i was told to get it corrected during my next service visit. But now they are telling me that i have to pay for the wheel alignment as it is not covered under 2 years’ service contract and it does not matter at all that it was a manufacturing defect. I spoke to mr. Nandkishore from bettiah office and mr. Manish from motihari office and both of them bluntly refused to look at my problem saying that i have to pay to get the wheel aligned doesn’t matter even if it was a manufacturing defect. So i am left wonder if you cannot take care of even your small manufacturing defects then this 2 year’s free maintenance promise from mahindra seems to be a complete scam of bluffing the costumers, where even small things like wheel alignment is not covered. Even the behaviour of your staff is completely inappropriate and impolite. Please tell me what to do in this regard asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
