I purchased an E2O (Reg No: DL-8C-AK-8531) in June 2015. The car AC started giving troubles and the Power Steering stopped working. I then, on October 27th 2022, sent the car to Indraprastha, Mundka, Delhi under repair order number RO23I003584 for main issue power steering not working
The service providers were not at all cooperative and never shared timely updates. We had to constantly call, I escalated it to the General Manager and he promised quick repair
Since then, I have not received my vehicle and have been told that EPS was malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. They told us that an indent has been sent to Bangalore but according to them the part was not available there (please check whether the indent has been sent or not) We have been following up ever since and the staff does not even bother to call us to share an update. I'm a senior citizen and a heart patient and I'm feeling helpless without the vehicle.
If at all Highly Qualified engineers of Mahindra are not able to repair my vehicle, I demand that the vehicle should be absorbed by the company and a payout should be arranged . I demand a solution immediately.
This needs urgent attention and resolution. I am distressed and facing a lot of challenges because of this.I was one of the intial buyers of the vehicle and trusted the big name like Mahindra that they would never fail me but it has been an extremely disappointing experience since last SIXTY FIVE days.
