Hi team, i'm sharing the worst ever experience from mahindra service people for my xuv 500.in last year july 2018, my xuv broke down on tirupati hwy, gave for servicing to the nearest center, eluru, ap. They took 1.5 months to repair it, making a bill of 30k+. The issue reported was fuel pump. Soon after 4 months, in dec 18, the car again broke down, gave for servicing at neon motors, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. The issue reported was again fuel pump, and this time the bill was for 70k+. Due to some issue the car was at station till mar 19. I picked the car on 26th mar.. After driving merely 100kms, towards bangalore, the car again broke down, i had to get it towed to the local garage near by, and he told that the issue was with fuel filter, it was a petrol fuel filter fitted. The neon motor people didn't bother to check and replace the exact issue, rather changed lots of other non-required parts and made a bill of 70k+. Even the brake pads were no checked, and they charged me for full servicing. Bills are attached. Now tell me, what kind of parts you make, that for one fuel pump i spent 1l+ rupees in less than years time. I have uploaded bills from both the service station. Now what kind of support can i expect from you guys?
