My name is Ramesh Krishnamoorthy from Thanjavur. I need to file a complaint on SHIVA AUTOMOBILES TRICHY.
My vehicle number is TN 06 K 4486 and the vehicle given for service on 17-March-2022.
I have already filed a complaint through the phone with the help of a customer care executive (Abhishek). He said my complaint number will be generated and sent to my mobile number. So far I have not received any messages from him.
My vehicle has an OPD issue and was given for diagnosis in the service center. Their expert says there is a complaint on ECU and it has to be replaced with new ECU components. It has to be ordered from the head office (Mahindra).
We trusted their words and agreed to replace the component and paid Rs.20000 as an advance. They said my final bill would be Rs.42000 and it has been agreed from our end and left our vehicle at the service center for replacement.
After 15 days they said our new ECU had arrived and it is ready for replacement.
Today 01-APR-2022 we got a call from the service center and were informed that after replacing it with a new ECU, we are facing different vehicle issues (Turbo error, Head Problem and Radiator water boiling issue). It really makes us worry about leaving out with inexperienced service people. They are not able to troubleshoot the exact problem in the vehicle

These issues were not there in my vehicle before, we feel that those issues are raising after replacing it with a new ECU.We feel like there is no complaint on ECU itself. They are changing parts based on assumptions only instead of complete analysis about the issues. Kindly do support and take action on these issues.
Still OPD errors exist after replacing it with a new ECU in the vehicle. (There is no issue with the existing ECU.). Was this information helpful? |
