Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that my car’s ac had not been performing well since last month.
I had logged in the complaint regarding the same on the 4th of june 2018 to the dealership m/s. Koncept okhla.
But then due to some family emergency i had to rush out of station. Now when i am back the dealer is asking to purchase additional warranty for 8, 000 or pay for the complete expense for the job i. E. 30, 000. The warranty of my vehicle expired on the 14th june 2018.
But since my car’s ac had started underperforming well before a month that the warranty was to expire and i had logged in the complaint on the 4th of june, do i need to really purchase the extended warranty? Or pay for the job in complete?
