[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — complaints of engine and aircon in xuv 500 | |||
I have bought an XUV W6 in sept 2014.from TVS kochi dealership(KL07 CB 1513). AC failed in 25, 000 kms and repaired by spending from my pocket as extended warranty info was not informed on time.. Vehicle showed engine complaint from the service of 40000 kms.The engine logo in the dash board is always on.TVS claimed to send emails to Mahindra but no reply was given to me so far. @50000 kms, AC cooling coil is found to be defective and TVs not had spare part.I had paid advance for the same at Pothen Mahindra and waited for last 2 weeks.After the vehicle is taken for repair they say expansion valve is also found to be defective.They have no spares and do not know when that will come.Now the vehicle is brought back and parked idle at home. I am not at all satisfied with the quality of vehicle and service. I couldn't use the vehicle for last one month. Abhay Kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
